Terms of Service

How pricing, changes, and damage claims actually work

  • Send a few photos or let us walk the rooms with you, and your total comes back signed the same day
  • Dale and Vernon ran a paper-mill floor for over a decade before they ran a truck — the carefulness carried straight over
  • Every name on the crew draws a W-2 paycheck here, and every truck is titled to this company, full stop
  • Since 2011, sub-zero mornings and ice on US-51 have never once bumped a scheduled date
★★★★★Central Wisconsin households rate this crew a full 5.0

Get Your Written Number

Text over a few photos or walk us through the rooms on a call, and your flat rate is usually ready before quitting time.

Asking costs nothing, and nothing new shows up on the invoice once the truck is loaded. Someone on our own staff reads this within minutes — not a booking service, not a call center standing between you and G&B Moving.

When these terms apply

Submitting a form, calling for pricing, or confirming a date with us means these terms are in effect, layered underneath whatever job-specific figure follows.

One company, start to finish

Wisconsin lists G&B as a registered household goods carrier, and we keep USDOT and MC authority current for interstate work. Your belongings never pass through a second trucking company along the way.

Four billing categories

  • Household relocationFixed price, agreed before loading
  • Labor-only bookingHourly rate only, we don’t quote a flat number for this one
  • Interstate jobPrice fixed ahead of departure
  • Storage rentalCharged monthly, priced by the unit you fill

What can change after booking

What changes What we do about it
Your inventory turns out larger than described The price moves to reflect what your crew actually finds on-site
You need a specific calendar date reserved A deposit sometimes secures it
An ice storm or road closure hits Your date moves at no added cost to you

If something arrives damaged

By default, released-value protection covers your goods at sixty cents per pound. Ask ahead of the move and we’ll switch you to full-value coverage instead, priced at 1-3% of what your belongings are worth. Either way, a $1M cargo policy backs the entire shipment, and Wisconsin gives you nine months after delivery to file a claim. Related: how we handle your information.
