Payroll runs twelve names deep, and Dale Gunderson signs every check himself after fourteen years running the company alongside Vernon Bilodeau. Two lead crews handle loading, and three more staff the office.
The people behind your move
Vernon Bilodeau usually takes the first call. Stairs, gravel driveways, and winter timing all come up in that conversation, and a working date gets penciled in before you hang up. From there, Dale maps out the day’s route, factoring in whatever US-51 or I-39 looks like that week.
Renee Castillo handles the actual estimating, either walking your home in person or reviewing a short video you send in, then turning that into a number you can count on. Dale still climbs into the truck himself for the trickier farmhouse jobs or tight-deadline office moves.
Marcus Truelove runs the local crews and puts every new hire through a training pass before letting them near a client’s furniture. Owen Kaiser drives the interstate side, covering Green Bay, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, and Chicago.
Knowledge you only get from staying put
Marcus already knows which Wisconsin Rapids blocks are too tight for our largest trucks, and Dale reroutes the instant a lake-effect band starts stacking up on WI-29. Neither of those comes from a manual — only from years on the same roads.
