Where each category goes
- Move details go to Dale, who builds a number around your actual home rather than a generic estimate
- Contact details go to Vernon, who locks in your crew’s date and any paperwork your building requires
- Browsing data gets rolled into overall traffic numbers, showing which pages actually lead to a booking
Nothing gets passed along
Owning our own trucks and hiring our own crew directly means there’s no franchise office or partner agent anywhere in the chain to hand your details to. Selling customer information to outside marketers isn’t something we do.
