It shouldn't be. Dale reserves whatever dock or elevator slot your building requires beforehand, so your crew isn't standing around waiting on a property manager to call back.

A week usually covers a local job. Long-distance moves, or anything landing during a rough winter stretch, do better with closer to three weeks of lead time.
What happens if something gets damaged during the move?
Standard coverage runs sixty cents per pound of released value. Arrange it ahead of time and we'll bump that to one to three percent of declared full value, with a nine-month window after delivery to file a claim.
Does G&B handle commercial jobs, like a small office relocation in Rothschild?
